Welcome to HumnAI! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of HumnAI's Website and Services. By accessing this website and purchasing our plans, we assume you accept these terms.

1. Services

HumnAI provides digital services via AI assistance and Human Experts. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • AI Services: We currently utilize the Google Gemini basic model for AI responses. Please note that this is a basic tool; it may not always have the most advanced or real-time information. We advise users to double-check critical information. We plan to upgrade to more advanced AI models as they become available in the market.
  • Human Expert Services: Real humans are hired to perform tasks in the Human Tab. Due to this, service delivery may experience delays during high-traffic periods. We request your patience in such scenarios.
  • Code of Conduct: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive language. If you use profanity or abuse our staff, you will receive a warning. Repeated offenses will result in permanent account blocking. HumnAI reserves the right to take legal action if any user attempts to harm our platform or reputation.
  • Prohibited Services: We strictly do not provide any illegal or unlawful services. Please consult our team before purchasing a plan if you are unsure about your task's eligibility.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payments & Scope of Work

All payments for plans (Starter, Basic, Plus, Pro, Elite) must be made in advance. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Important Note on Custom Tasks:

"Custom Task on Demand" does not imply that any and every task will be accepted. Tasks must be feasible for our team.

  • If a requested task is impossible for us to execute, we will decline it.
  • If a task requires resources/budget exceeding your current plan's value, we may ask you to upgrade your plan or purchase extra credits.
  • Recommendation: We strongly advise contacting our Human Expert Team to discuss your requirements before purchasing a subscription to ensure we can fulfill your needs.

Once a plan is subscribed to, no refunds will be issued. However, we will strive to provide the best possible service within our budget and capabilities.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HumnAI, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our services (including inaccuracies in AI responses).

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
