• Human Expert Tasks: Completed files, documents, reports, or media will be delivered Directly through the HumnAI dashboard.

The timeline for service delivery depends on the nature of the request:

• Subscriptions: Activated instantly after payment.
• Standard Tasks: Typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the time the task is accepted by our team.
• Complex Tasks: For larger projects (e.g., full video editing, detailed research), the timeline will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

While we strive to meet all deadlines, please note:

• High Traffic: During periods of high demand, Human Expert services may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience in such scenarios.
