• We do not provide illegal services; requests for such services will be declined without refund.

2. No Refund Policy

Since HumnAI provides instant access to digital services and AI credits, we do not offer refunds once a payment is confirmed. All sales are final.

We work with a limited budget per plan to pay our human experts. Therefore, once funds are allocated, they cannot be reversed.

3. Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

• Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
• You will continue to have access to your plan benefits until the end of your current paid period.
